Speaker · Early Careers Advocate

What happens when you stop following the path everyone expects, and start asking what’s actually right for you?

At 18, I did exactly that. I left university and took a chance on an IT apprenticeship instead. By 20, I’d become an analyst at one of the largest investment banking firms in the world. I’ve lived the uncertainty, so now I help students, universities and employers discover what’s really possible, no matter where they’re starting from.

The short version

Who he is

Anatụle (anglicised: Anatune)- to weigh, consider, and judge with clarity; to discern

The vision behind Anatune is a world where young students and early professionals come of age already knowing how to discern. For a student, that means weighing a university, apprenticeship or career path clearly, instead of just following the loudest voice in the room. For someone early in their career, it means recognising the skills that matter beyond exam results and grades, the ones that actually carry you through a workplace. And for both, it means building real confidence, the kind that comes from competence rather than empty encouragement.

That’s what this work is building toward: not handing students and young professionals a single route and telling them to follow it, but giving them the clarity to choose their own, and the self-belief to walk it once they have.

What organisers say

The room remembers him

Nonso is an excellent communicator and a real inspiration to our students. He spoke openly about his own experiences and how growth is never linear. The students left knowing they could take on the world.

Teacher
Secondary school careers event

He was absolutely brilliant with the young people and threw himself into the whole day. One of the teams he supported went on to win, and it was lovely to see how genuinely pleased he was for them.

Event organiser
Schools enterprise competition

We would happily have him back tomorrow. He encouraged the students to build on their success rather than settle, and that stayed with them long after he left.

Event organiser
Schools enterprise competition

He speaks the language of our students because he was one of them not long ago. Honest, warm, and genuinely motivating from the first minute.

Careers Lead
Sixth form college

Chinonso showed our apprentices what the non-traditional route can really lead to. The whole room was hooked, and the questions did not stop.

Early Careers Team
Financial services employer

By the end nobody was looking at their phones. They were looking at him, and then at their own futures.
